Weโre a small, tight-knit crew of divers, ocean guides, and marine-life enthusiasts who call the Big Island home, and weโre honored to share our backyard with you.
Our Roots
Liquid Hawaiสปi was founded by Matt, who was born and raised right here in Hawaiสปi. Growing up in these waters, Matt learned early on that the ocean isnโt just a place to play โ itโs a teacher, a provider, and a responsibility. When he started Liquid Hawaiสปi, he built it around the same values he grew up with: keep it local, keep it respectful, and always show aloha.
That spirit shapes everything we do. Weโre not a big corporate tour line โ weโre a local crew doing what we love, the way locals would want it done.
Meet the Crew
Our team is small by design. Each member is a skilled diver, an ocean-safety professional, and someone who genuinely loves sharing stories about Hawaiสปiโs marine life and traditions. We can tell you why the manta rays circle certain reefs, where the honu like to cruise at sunrise, and which lava tubes hide the brightest schools of reef fish.
But more importantly, weโre here to make you feel at home โ whether itโs your first time on the water or your hundredth.
How We Do Things
At Liquid Hawaiสปi, every tour is personal. We take our time, we learn your names, and we treat every guest like theyโre joining us on a day out with friends. Youโll hear local history, cultural insights, and plenty of stories from life growing up on the island. And of course, youโll get to explore some of the most incredible marine environments on Earth โ with guides who understand them like family.
We follow sustainable, respectful practices with all wildlife and ocean spaces. This isnโt just where we work โ itโs our home, and we care for it like one.
